May 29 is National Foot Care Day. The foot is called "the body's second heart," yet it is often neglected because it seems less "important" than other organs. Foot health problems develop slowly and covertly, rarely drawing public attention. The foot is the "foundation" for standing and walking, while the spine is the body's main trunk—upright as a "pillar," horizontal as a "beam." From statics, dynamics, and human biomechanics, the foot and spine influence each other; as the saying goes, "if the upper beam is not straight, the lower beam will be crooked." Structural abnormalities of the foot can cause scoliosis and abnormal physiological curvature; likewise, spinal structural abnormalities can imbalance lower-limb loading and aggravate musculoskeletal injury of the foot. Foot–spine structural abnormalities (conditions) can also progressively or through overuse affect the musculoskeletal system via the kinetic chain, leading to secondary sports injuries. Decline or loss of motor capacity directly affects cardiopulmonary function, the circulatory system, the urinary system, the nervous system, the musculoskeletal system, and more.
The Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline calls for accelerating the transformation of health-sector development, safeguarding people's health across the full life cycle, markedly raising health levels, and advancing Healthy China. To support the national Healthy China 2030 strategy, ahead of Children's Day on June 1, Sailner Digital Medical held a free foot-health screening benefit event themed "Guarding Health · Starting from the Feet" on May 25–26, 2023. The main goals were to educate people on harms of foot disease and improve health for employees and their families. The event provided free foot screening, diagnosis, and health consultation for Sailner Group employees.

Sailner Digital Medical 3D-Printed Custom Biomechanical Insole uses a foot scanner and plantar pressure tester to collect pressure and morphological data. By analyzing pressure and shape features with professional insole design software, a customized insole model matching the patient's condition and foot type is designed and then formed with 3D printing to help improve foot health.
